If you have questions about your account balance or payments, please email accounting@sheriseacademy.com. Please note: It is NEVER safe to send credit card or bank account information via email. If you need to update your payment information, please email us with available times and we will call you to do this safely over the phone.

You may submit questions for Satwinder to answer on the weekly class call by sending an email in advance of the class to program@sheriseacademy.com. Please send questions in by Noon Pacific time the day before the call, and use the subject line “Question for **PROGRAM NAME HERE**”.

If you are on a webinar, you can send a question via the chat box, and you do not have to log in to any special audio line.

If you are listening via telephone and are not on the webinar, press *6 after Satwinder has opened the queue (you may hear an automated message announcing that the queue is open) and you will be able to ask your question verbally when Satwinder unmutes you

To access your recorded class lessons log into your Student Access page. Enter your program page, then scroll down until you see the blue hyperlinks for the recorded calls. Right click on the blue links for the calls and select Save As for PC users, or Cntrl-Click for Mac users, and save the link to the desired location on your computer.

Normally, your computer will default to saving the recordings in your DOWNLOADS folder, unless you direct it otherwise. where you choose to save them is up to you.

In The QSP you will receive: Weekly Live Group Calls with Satwinder (all calls are also recorded and archived online); the Soul Mentor, the opportunity to get your personal questions answered by Satwinder, a personal Vision Calibration as well as all program materials for the course. The QSP consists of unique monthly studies. Each month you will study a different core curriculum.

The class takes place weekly on Tuesdays at 11:00am and lasts for one hour. In between class you are to study the digital materials found on your QSP webpage at sheriseacademy.com and complete any tasks Satwinder asks of you during the class call.

You are to write your vision statement. Once you have completed the vision statement you will upload it so that it may be reviewed.
