Sisters,

Before we get to know the 7 Qualities of a Feminine Leader, let’s discuss what feminine leadership exactly is.

What is feminine?

A little backstory of how I found the information regarding the feminine when I visited, paid, enrolled in some feminine based programs, discussions, and workshops as a Brown woman.

The idea of the feminine was so beautiful and somewhere I felt connected to the feminine because of my roots from a Hindu- Sikh family. Both the religions have strong beliefs on feminine energy, and from childhood, we just knew what this energy is all about.

But when I saw how the feminine leaders looked like in the coaching, sector, I felt so disconnected with what was being shown as feminine.

White, Slim, young, woman sitting in yoga poses, or taking a dip into the water naked showing off their bodies. Nice photoshoots, with branding to show off their feminine side.

As a matter of fact, I went all into that gaze. I started to feel that I don’t belong or feminine energy is further away from me.

After few years of self-discovery, connecting with my own roots, knowing the feminine energy all become so clear.

The feminine energy is not what you might see in the photoshoots of a coach, selling wild woman programs, courses, but it’s something totally opposite.

Feminine energy is not to show yourself as a strong wild woman but to embrace every emotions and feeling which runs within you.

Feminine leadership is not hyper-masculine which we do see these days in the coaching world.

Start Your day right!!

Create an altar for you, your family, community, for the world. A priestess not only think about herself but for others, it comes naturally to her. In these tough times, this Altar can be a place for you to call in the energies, set your intentions, light a lamp, a candle.

Meditate:

Meditation can be tricky in these difficult times, so if you find it difficult to meditate, You can use visualization techniques which can be very soothing to the soul in distress.

Dancing on the soft tunes can be a very powerful way to meditate also. So find your own unique way to meditate.

Being with what is:

Not exaggerate or go into denial about the seriousness of this situation. Embracing reality is the most powerful practice of a priestess, the wise woman. There should not be any resistance to embrace the reality of this situation. Take the command on what you can do, how you can navigate through this.

Read and inform yourself about it from credible sources only. Watch news only one time a day to keep yourself informed.

Bring your family members, to know the reality and help them embrace this reality and let them help you also to navigate this.

#nobypassing

A wise woman, a priestess don’t bury her emotions and feelings. She allows herself to feel what she is feeling but do not get attached to those feelings.

I have learnt from my teachers to not direct horror stories of the future in the mind, if the mind wants to work and wants to make stories, at least direct the mind to make some good stories, so that you can at least enjoy watching those. What I mean is not to have those feelings send you in fear of the future.

Allow the emotions and feelings to come as well as go, just like the waves of emotions.

What do you do? You can talk to your friends, family over the phone, video call so that you know they are safe.

TIP:

Bring your awareness to your heart centre, and focus on your breathing. You can put your hand on your chest and experience the moving of your chest while inhaling and exhaling.

With every inhale count 5 seconds, and every exhales count 5 seconds, find your rhythm while focusing on your heart centre and your breath.

Take this practice one step further and feel about someone or something that you appreciate, love. Do this practice before you connect with someone, or before you talk to someone.

Nature therapy:

We all are stuck at home, in some places like ours its the time of spring, the time we waited for almost 6 months. But now we are in times, that we can not go out.

But who says mother nature can not soothe us, even if we are home? Bring the blessings of mother nature, inside your house, flowers, plants, more flowers. Doing so bring in the feminine ways of soothing, relaxing like playing music, doing art and light candles during dinner.

Intentions:

Hold a focused, positive intention for health and wellbeing for you, your family, your community and all beings. When a priestess holds an intention for the well being of hers, she is very focused and knows what she is doing.

Remember you will not be able to do everything and you will need to be very discerning about actions that you need to take. Remember to source your doing from the ground of being, not from panic or pressure. Be very clear about what is yours to do in the midst of this crisis.

Boundary setting will be important for you during this time as well. Your healthy No comes from having a strong YES to something else that is more important for you.

Clarity:

Remember you will not be able to do everything and you will need to be very discerning about actions that you need to take. Remember to source your doing from the ground of being, not from panic or pressure. Be very clear about what is yours to do in the midst of this crisis.

Setting Boundaries:

We all know and understand social distancing, how it is very important to survive in this pandemic. There are other areas in your life, business, and/or work that you might need to create boundaries for yourself, your clients, your loved ones so that they can also feel safe.

Boundary setting will be important for you during this time. Your healthy No comes from having a strong YES to something else that is more important for you.

Playfulness:

It might sound difficult but it is very important to bring the playfulness in your daily lives. The Maiden archetype is the best example of bringing playfulness, enjoyment, in your lives. When the moments of laughter comes, enjoy them. Look for creative opportunities in the midst of the breakdowns.

Embracing the mystery:

Oh, how a wise woman love to embrace the mystery of things. Rest into the Great Mystery and know that you are held and beloved on this earth. Grow more comfortable with the uncertainty and learn to watch around the edges for what is trying to emerge.

Be Willing to let things go:

The things that must pass away and make space for the new that is trying to arise in time. Be okay with the change happening around us. Hold space for others as they navigate this path.

Rituals for healing:

Use ritual as a way to ground and settle your unconscious. You might burn sage in your home and ask mother sage, incense, herbs to keep the energy in your space clear and full of love. Create your own rituals for healing, love, grief.

As a mother, a wife, a daughter, a sister, and many other relations I have made through my human journey, I know and understand how difficult is to navigate these uncertain, unsafe days of our lives. I am holding space for each and every one of you, and sending you all my love. Be safe and let your inner compass guide you to navigate this with ease and safety.

Feminine Mystical Leadership rituals in dark times https://oldweb.sheriseacademy.com/feminine-mystical-leadership-rituals-in-dark-times/?utm_source=rss&utm_medium=rss&utm_campaign=feminine-mystical-leadership-rituals-in-dark-times Fri, 24 Apr 2020 05:14:45 +0000 https://oldweb.sheriseacademy.com/?p=221480

The whole idea of the self-discovery, knowing about ourselves is to find the inner compass. The Inner Engineering, the spiritual upgrades, the healing, is to prepare us for the dark times ahead. I keep on reminding women how important is to connect with the divine feminine to be able to stand strong in the darkest of times. I would imagine you would agree that we are in the midst of these dark times right now. They are not coming sometime in the future.

Life and this world brought us back again and again to what it means to hold steady in the midst of chaos and allow the alchemy of these times to be a fire that not only transforms us but also the world.

To be able to stand strong, steady in the midst of chaos, all of us, need to become more comfortable with navigating the darkness, the shadow.

Transformation happens only when we embrace to go deeper within us and with our clients. There are many mythical stories around this. One is of Innana which is very close to my heart and every time I hear her story, something stirs my soul.

Also, there is the ancient Greek myth of Persephone and Demeter.

Each of these Myths teaches us to be okay with the darkness, and not to be afraid of it.

From all these mythical stories we know I hope to know and understand that to that descent into the territory of the deep Feminine was a natural gift of women.

Not more than ever, we are needed to embrace and embody the wise woman, the priestess who knows how to cross between the realms and can open ourselves to the alchemical heat of transformation.

In this pandemic, we already know that there will be, and is millions of deaths globally. These are the times of uncertainty, isolations, grief.

Life is different right now!!

There are events, workshops, jobs, businesses, family gatherings, concerts, is falling away.

The truth is now we need to become more aware of how we move through these times ever before. How we are going to navigate these times?

For us all, it’s time to bring in with full force both the masculine and feminine forces within you to navigate these times.

This is not easy!!

But if you navigate these times with certain archetypes and rituals it can become a little easier.

Today I am going to share with you some of the practices I believe in that might be helpful in these tough times.

Start Your day right!!

Create an altar for you, your family, community, for the world. A priestess not only think about herself but for others, it comes naturally to her. In these tough times, this Altar can be a place for you to call in the energies, set your intentions, light a lamp, a candle.

7 leadership principles to help you show up & make even more positive impact https://oldweb.sheriseacademy.com/7-leadership-principles-to-help-you-show-up-make-even-more-positive-impact/?utm_source=rss&utm_medium=rss&utm_campaign=7-leadership-principles-to-help-you-show-up-make-even-more-positive-impact Wed, 22 Apr 2020 05:15:16 +0000 https://oldweb.sheriseacademy.com/?p=221404

Aren’t we all living in a pause?

A strange time for most of us to be “not working” I have been connecting with many women, who are feeling a sense of “inadequate” feeling of “not accomplishing” feeling of not in control of things in life and business.  These are the times when we need to show up for ourselves, for our clients, community and those in need.

One thing this pandemic is teaching us is about the connection, and how communities get affected by each other. It is reminding us how we all are connected, and how we all need each other.

Many of these women whom I have been talking to, who are incredible in their businesses, some were starting new projects, and some were planning to host retreats and many other visionaries were planning their next steps. Now because of this pandemic, we are in a pause in a certain way, that even if we don’t want to, we are in a pause.

In these times, our clients, our communities, this world need us more than anything else.

So how can you be more of service and can still stand out to be the transformational leader

1. Be Transparent & Honest!!

One of the most important and powerful traits of a strong, grounded, and transformational leader is to be transparent and honest with their clients and community. Now is the time not to dim your voice. Share with your community how you are feeling, what is going on within your own inner world, how it is impacting you as a person. Your community, your clients are going to feel more connected to you. But along with sharing your feelings, your emotions a transformational leader know how to work around some difficult emotions, feelings. A transformational leader does no bypass or finds band-aid to the wounds just to show that nothing affects you as you are super spiritual. A breakthrough and transformational leader can show the community the ways of handling emotions, feelings in the most sacred way.

2.#NoSpiritualFukery #NoSpiritualBypassing

People who know me, know that I talk about many such topics which most are not speaking about in the spiritual community. Issues like Racism, spiritual bypassing, within our love and light community and more.

To be a transformational leader it is very important to NOT do any such things as spiritual bypassing.

This is not the time to play with “love and light” band-aid with your clients or community. It’s time to honour the shadows, fears and the feelings of your clients, and talk about them.

3. Time to go deeper, Doing your own Inner work!!

What I have known in my life, is that during any kind of challenging times, is only through doing your own inner work.

I share a story with my students and want to share that one with you here:

Once upon a time, there was a guru in India, in Punjab, the Kirtan ( holy hymns) was just ended and people of the village started to take his blessings, One mother requested guru jee, to make her son understand to not eat too many sweets. Guru jee said: Can you pls come back after 40 days?

The mother was surprised but said okay I will come. So 40 days passed and again after the evening Kirtan, she went to guru jee and requested the same:

Guru jee, pls make my son understand not to eat too many sweets.

Guru jee called the son and explained him gently not to do so. The son was an admirer of Guru jee so he agreed not to eat too many sweets.

The mother was confused, so she asked Guru Jee. “Guru Jee, this was a small talk which you could have done 40 days ago. So why did you want me to wait for 40 days and then come back? What is the significance of this?

So Guru jee started laughing and then said ” Bibi Jee, I wanted to make sure that I quit the habit of eating too many sweets before I tell your son not to do so”

So to help your clients it is very important to have your own inner work done, to know how to work on soul level, how to manage energies, how to work with shadow, archetypes, energy portals, generational imprints. That is when you will be able to work with your clients deeply and with integrity.

4. Opportunism vs being of support

Which side are you on? Truthfully I have seen, so many entrepreneurs start to take advantage of any kind of challenge people are facing, and same with this pandemic. I am not against selling and growing your business but know that your clients are human, they have feelings, they have emotions and on top of all this, they are smart!!

They can know when someone is trying to take advantage of them, their circumstances or when someone is genuinely offering support.

There are also those entrepreneurs who are offering sales, from their heart and that is what every entrepreneur’s intentions should be. If you have a product or service, which might help your clients in any of the difficult times, offer it soulfully.

5. Lead By Example

Most of us, become coaches and then learn some deep healing processes to help our clients. We become who we are today, because of a deep calling. The one and the most powerful way to inspire, encourage others is to lead them by example. This is the most essential quality of an effective, transformational leader.

Be a model for how to show up and who to be in the world. At this moment in history, we need leaders who are in integrity, who are authentic, who show kindness, who model grace & generosity.

Be that Leader!!

Show your community how to support during these times, encourage them to be home, how to talk to kids about all this, how to spend time, what they can do in their free time, and so much more…

6. Embracing the pause!!

This week I was coaching a client, who was very upset with herself and was about to quit from her business. She is working full time in the health care sector, have 5 kids. She has no time and she was very upset because she now can not do what she was planning to do.

During the coaching session, I heard her saying on repeat “what she can not do” So I helped her bring her focus on “What she can do” and then to ” how she can do that”

The challenge when we went deep, was not that she is not able to do what she wanted to or she didn’t have time, but it was that she was not okay with this pause we are all in.

See the nature has its own rhythm, and so does we. But when we do not have control over, what is going on, then it is very important to know how to embrace change.

Right now we are in a very delicate situation worldwide, and many entrepreneurs are struggling due to this, but as soon as you will become okay with this, you will see that everything will fall into place for you.

Right now people are losing their lives, and we need to focus on supporting time, even if it’s by staying home and embracing this pause.

7. Be Flexible

This is one of the powerful traits of the feminine leadership, that she works focused on feelings, emotions, love, shadows. Knowing what the circumstances divine feminine knows how to hold the container for others. Beyond the systems, the calender’s, the strategies, the protocols…

Divine feminine leaders know how to be available for the community, and how to be of more service during these times.

As an entrepreneur, it’s about time to start running your business with divine feminine principles more.

Wishing you all so much love, and a very safe journey during these difficult time. Hope you all stay and taking care of yourself, your loved ones, and your community.

10 Attributes to have to become a successful life coach https://oldweb.sheriseacademy.com/10-attributes-to-have-to-become-a-successful-life-coach/?utm_source=rss&utm_medium=rss&utm_campaign=10-attributes-to-have-to-become-a-successful-life-coach Wed, 22 Apr 2020 04:17:50 +0000 https://oldweb.sheriseacademy.com/?p=221243

In recent years, more people have entered the world of life coaching.

Being self-employed has lots of benefits such as being your own boss, making your own schedule, choosing your clients and setting your fee.

Coaching is a multi-billion dollar industry.

And it seems everyone wants to be a coach these days.  but can anyone be a coach?

The answer is yes anyone can learn to be a coach as well as no.

It’s a yes if:

  • You’re willing to learn how to be a good coach
  • Learn to apply what you learn through hundreds of hours of sessions with clients.

It’s no if :

  • you happen to think that coaching is just about asking a bunch of questions and hoping your client comes up with the solution himself.
  • It’s also no if you think that coaching is about telling your client what to do.

The truth is,  there are so many courses out there to become a life coach but to become a masterful transformational coach it requires a range of skills and attributes. Today we are going to discuss a few of these skills you need to become a transformational coach and stand out from the crowd.

Here are the personality traits of a breakthrough and transformational coach:

1. Compassionate

She is passionate and empathetic with a desire for helping others – this trait allows you to understand your client’s emotions and barriers to success. A compassionate coach truly feels for their clients and the struggles and challenges they face. They are, first and foremost kind and uplifting. A coach never resorts to shaming, threats or scare tactics to motivate a client.

She helps her clients love and accept themselves, unconditionally.

2. Hold Space

A transformational Feminine leader, knows how to hold the sacred space for her clients so that clients can deeply trust her to see and own all of themselves. Not the love and light only but the shadow herself as well.

3. Light and Shadow

She knows how to work with clients when different archetypes and shadows come to surface. She is there to help her clients to realize where they need to work and what is needed to let go or call in.

2. Supportive

A coach takes their clients’ struggles seriously, no matter how small or insignificant these may seem. It doesn’t matter if a client is trying to complete a small project or trying to win a battle against cancer; a great coach is supportive of any and all of these challenges. Great coaches have an incredible ability to walk a mile in their client’s shoes yet retain enough distance to see the big picture and offer guidance and direction.

3. Maintain a Positive Attitude

Her positive attitude needs to be inspiring to inspire her clients by her belief in them.

4. Intuition

She carries a unique ability to see below the surface of a situation or a person and discern a deeper understanding is one of the most powerful skill, anyone can learn to use.

5. Thirst for knowledge

A coach never gets tired of learning and never ever says “I know enough. I can stop learning now.” They are thirsty for learning, for knowledge.

6. Innovative

Coaches are always looking for ways to level-up their skills and their methodologies. They never get tired of experimenting, switching, upgrading, or changing their coaching styles and format. In a sea of coaching experts, innovation sets the great coach apart from everyone else. Finding and developing a unique or unusual methodology (that works) is key. Just like in She Rise Academy we help women coaches to level up their skills by adding some incredible and powerful tools in their toolbox.

7. Quality of Vulnerability and Transparency

A coach must have or learn the ability to set the tone for the climate around them. Successful coaches invite openness and vulnerability. This includes the ability to dig deeper, ask questions, and admit the need for help.

8. Deep listening: Wonder what is beneath the surface

Listening to clients is what life coaching is all about. Understanding subtle tells and messages help in understanding your client’s issues

Great coaches listen more than they talk. They’re not about trying to come across as “clever”, “fascinating” or smart to their clients.

They know that client sessions are about the client and not about them. They don’t love to hear themselves speak.

Often, a coach gets completely lost in what the client has to say and holds no thought about themselves.

9. Non-Opinionated

As a coach, your job is not to give client advice, it is to facilitate the client’s finding solutions to barriers to success in their career or personal life.

10. Curiosity

Curiosity fosters your ability to ask questions of your clients that help them understand their own feelings and how they impact their success.

They want to know why the client feels a certain way. They want to know what inspires a client, what makes them tick, what puts them off and what keeps them going. They want to know everything there is to know about their clients so they can find the perfect way to help a client.

11. Observant

Great coaches learn much by observing clients and sort out the subtlest signs of worry and uncertainty. They have an incredible ability to read between the lines. They’re able to pick up and interpret the tiniest change in a client.

A shift in the tone of voice, a raised eyebrow, a clearing of the throat and long pauses between sentences. Great coaches notice all of this and can interpret what they see, hear and feel from a client, accurately.

12. Visionary

Great coaches are able to rise above and capture lateral as well as a future vision. Lateral vision is about accurately seeing the immediate circumstances around a client’s challenge or problem and identifying what needs to be changed. The future vision is about seeing the outcome clients want to achieve and the steps that are needed to get them there.

13. Courageous

Great coaches are brave. They’re not afraid to try new ways to connect with a client. They’re not afraid to set healthy boundaries with clients (like no calling, emailing or messaging nights or weekends), they don’t give up on the clients, and help them discover, what is making them disinterested in their own growth.

14. Skillful

A great coach is skilful to help their client. They have different tools in their toolbox they can use during their coaching session.

A wise coach knows if it’s time to go deeper with their client.

15. Focused

Great coaches are focused on their clients throughout a session. They aren’t easily distracted and are able to shift into laser focus mode no matter what else is going on. Whether it’s a barking dog in the background or a client’s child looking for attention from mom or dad, a really great coach can always bring the conversation back to where it needs to be.

16. Dedicated

To be a successful life coach, dedication is the most important trait to have. A wise coach understands that it takes time to make changes and to see the results of internal and mindset shifts.

So, they settle in and make a decision to ride alongside the client through the ups and downs. Even if it takes longer than expected for clients’ to reach their goals, they will stick around as long as the client is willing to do the work.

17. Honest/Trustworthy

A wise coach, do not hesitate to state the truth. They know how to deliver the truth to their clients in the most gentle way. They don’t lie to their clients just to make them feel better about themselves. If a client needs to know she’s not trying hard enough, they’ll tell her the truth. If a client needs to know that her goals are too big, they’ll tell her that too. Great coaches are always kind but they don’t shy away from the truth.

18. Professional

A wise coach is never unprofessional. You won’t catch them having lunch during a session, or arriving late for a session. They’re always punctual and neatly dressed. If necessary, they’re ready with notes from previous sessions and they’re instantly able to guide a client into the day’s discussion.

These personality traits will tell you if coaching is something that will come naturally to you or not, If you don’t have all of these attributes, don’t worry. 🙂 We at She Rise Academy are dedicated to helping women develop these traits.

Remember, wise coaches, are made not born.

The Wise Women’s Secret https://oldweb.sheriseacademy.com/the-wise-womens-secret/?utm_source=rss&utm_medium=rss&utm_campaign=the-wise-womens-secret Tue, 21 Apr 2020 06:09:06 +0000 https://oldweb.sheriseacademy.com/?p=221348

Sisters,

There is a secret which from the older times, wise women have known, embraced and bring it forward. Her ability to adapt because she understands the rhythm of nature. She knows whatever takes birth, has to die one day, and what we plant, will grow in time one day as well. She is fully aware of the nature of change.

A wise woman knows and understands the secret that if there is light, there is the shadow if the light is powerful so does the shadow.

She understands where there is happiness, there is sorrow as well. She knows and understands that this universe is based on the inclusion and not ignorance.

She knows that life is not a plain, simple line. She knows and understands that there are curves, broken parts, and possibilities.

She knows that opposite exists and she knows this secret of being okay with this existence which might be uncomfortable, uneasy, full of fear, uncertainty.

Because she knows that opposite exists, she is not scared of it. She is not scared because she knows that opposite exists.

She has the key to unlock this secret, and now more than ever we need this key to support our communities, clients and this world we live in.

A wise woman has the ability to see, experience, feel, accept and hold seemingly opposing forces all at once.

Now is a great time to tap into the secrets of a wise woman and learn to embrace and hold the light as well the shadow.

Sisters,

Life is many things at a time, joy, grief, life, death, loneliness, togetherness, and so on..

All of this mismatch makes this life beautiful, unique and something to learn from and a wise woman knows and understand this.

Suffering happens when we do not embrace the fact that life comes with change, every moment is different than the previous one, nothing is same.

Suffering happens when we do not know how to be okay with the change. When we live in the illusions and not in reality.

The Wise Women secret is to live life with being present, embracing the change, being okay to have speed and as well being okay to pause when it is needed.

She knows and understands when something needed to let go,

She knows and understands when something needed to be birthed

She knows and understands when to start and when to stop.

She works with the rhythm of nature. She understands the seasons within her and around her.

A WISE WOMAN:

  • She who holds seeming opposites without contradiction!!
  • Cut away what no longer serves, or allow it to dissolve
  • See patterns in the chaos, piercing through confusion

  • Draw upon all sources of knowing whether conventional or not

  • Stay with the not-knowing, the Mystery, if that is what is called for

She has the ability to stand on the crossroads. She can work through complexity, and become a bridge between the extreme divergent people, ideas, communities, to create something new. She knows the energetics of new and old things.

The question to Journal:

How can you connect with your own wise woman hidden within you? What she is teaching you? What will she do if she is in your circumstance?

The Feminine way of leadership https://oldweb.sheriseacademy.com/the-feminine-way-of-leadership/?utm_source=rss&utm_medium=rss&utm_campaign=the-feminine-way-of-leadership Tue, 21 Apr 2020 04:36:00 +0000 https://oldweb.sheriseacademy.com/?p=221285

Sisters,

The Qualities of feminine leadership is very different from the masculine. Even though for a successful career, profession or business, both feminine and masculine traits are very important, but today we will get to know the feminine ways of leadership.

Why?

Because in business, coaching or any other profession, masculine traits are already way in the lead and somewhere the traits of the feminine have got lost.

There is also a misconception about feminine leadership, that only women can have the feminine ways of leadership, but the truth is, each individual needs to awake the feminine ways of being.

Your gender doesn’t matter!!

The feminine or the Masculine is No better or worse since both have their strengths and shadow aspects. To be clear, when I say feminine I don’t just mean women, and when I say masculine I don’t just mean men. As spiritual beings, we energetically operate beyond the limiting gender binary and can express both no matter our biological sex.

In my own honest opinion, men need to learn and embrace feminine ways of being more than women. The reason why men need to tap into their feminine essence is that the feminine essence doesn’t come naturally to most men. When I say most men, I mean most men, it doesn’t mean all men are same, Heck there are some women who are totally into their masculine power and forget about the feminine, and need to return to the feminine power they have hidden.

So this is not about gender!!

But because my clients are mostly women, so we will talk about women in leadership and what feminine coaching traits they need to have in order to become transformational coaches and consultants.

So let’s get right into it!!

I am a big believer of archetypal energies, that goes beyond the behavioural coaching. Now let’s get to know the divine feminine traits in-depth:

1. Vulnerability

In archetypal psychology, vulnerability is represented by the Maiden archetype. The maiden archetype represents the original, core essence of a woman’s being as a young girl. She is innocent, playful, and creative.

In coaching or any kind of business, where you are serving an audience, vulnerability is an important trait to have or develop. Because it is a fact that people feel better connected to and trust leaders more when they show vulnerability. This lends itself to a collaborative leadership style, with the understanding that nothing is ever achieved alone.

You may have a Maiden leadership style if you value transparent honesty, the creative process over the end result, and haven’t lost the ability to bring play into your work. Some of the most important things to have a successful business.

2. Nurturance

To create a new life and nurture growth comes naturally in women. We can call this trait of the feminine as a Mother archetype. This archetype is often expressed through child-rearing, but can also be satisfied with gardening, caring for animals, and fostering the growth of communities or projects.

The Mother archetype gives the gift of nurturing. This is her natural ability to tend to, care for, and protect life energy.

The feminine leadership has a very positive, exponential effect on communities since strong leaders create more strong leaders and mother archetype has the natural ability of a creatrix.

If you value, looking out for your client’s well-being beyond work, enjoy feeling needed and appreciated for your caring nature, and like to take on projects to bring them to life then you naturally have the mother archetype Rise in you.

3. Courage

Courage is the next trait that is needed to be successful in any business. To evokes a primal response in women of feeling strong, free, and uninhibited the archetype of wild woman is what is needed to be embraced.

Wild woman archetype, the characteristic of this archetypes, strength, her power, ability to create and maintain boundaries, make her the most repressed archetype.

Because she holds the power, she knows her power, she also has the ability to create fear, around her.

She is bold, confident, and knows her boundaries. The archetype of wild woman, gives courage to the leaders, to have the persistence to continue in the face of adversity.  This archetype gives us the power to know when to let go and when to start creating without any fear.

In business, there are times when we need to make decisions, when we might feel in between the two paths, take new roles, build new connections, and to make it happen, we need the courage that this archetype gives us.

Commitment to your passion, your purpose, takes courage. Commitment to your cause, belief that you can accomplish what you are setting out to do. Courage helps the leader to move forward.

If you value being a trailblazer, working on larger scale projects and bigger stages, and aren’t afraid of the push-back you get from being outspoken and successful.

4. Compassion

We all have the ability to have compassion within our hearts. The archetype which carries this trait the most is of the Healer. The healer archetype exists in both masculine and feminine expressions.

This divine feminine leadership trait is filled with empathy and forgiveness.

Because of the sensitive nature of the healer’s archetype, some take this archetype as a weak one. An archetype which is highly sensitive can be fooled and have been fooled and backstabbed by others if not supported by wild woman archetype to create boundaries and knowing your power.

5. Manifestation

We all know how important it is to create new projects, new visions, new goals in our business and with our clients to help them reach where they want to reach. It is very crucial and important for a leader to own the manifestation process.

If you consider yourself empowered with divine feminine qualities, you are the creatrix. You know how to manifest things. Creatrix is the archetype of manifestation.

This archetype engages with our creative expression and manifestation abilities. The Creatrix assists us with giving birth to our ideas and bringing our dreams into form.

The way of feminine manifestation is very different from the masculine since it is typically more receptive and flowing rather than active and driven.

Leaders are expected to bring ideas and plan to life, so they must possess this ability to not only create concepts but to bring them to reality.   This archetype helps women leaders bring creativity to their projects.

In Coaching your brainstorming sessions are a hit if you are a creatrix. if you are an innovator, your creative thinking is valued at every brainstorming session, and you have an uncanny ability to make shift happen. Your clients come back to you when they need help in creating new projects, new ideas and new visions for their business and or lives.

6. Vision

The divine feminine is incomplete without honouring her intuition and wisdom coming from her life experiences. Because of the modern ways of thinking and working, these qualities and gifts of vision, intuition, and wisdom have been gifted to us from the crone archetype.

From the modern attractive woman to the selfless mother, this archetype of the crone is the most undervalued gift in modern society.

What we forgot is this, that feminine leadership as a visionary wise woman is deeply rooted in intuition for what is in the highest good of all. This quality is essential for us to look at the bigger picture, as well as longer-term goals.

If you value, (which we all must) Expertise and knowledge, you may have crone archetype style in your leadership.

7. Transformation

A divine feminine leader is someone who has been on a transformational journey themselves. For a complete transformation, it is very much needed to embody all other traits, characteristics and archetypes of the divine feminine.

The Qualities to harmonize all other archetypes and embody each one of their characteristics, essence brings to evoke the Priestess.

The Priestess archetype has the ability to shape-shift our realities, to transmute negative experiences into positive wisdom, and to elevate the mundane human experience into one of divine exaltation — this is the alchemy of feminine leadership as a Priestess.

It requires a special fusion of understanding universal laws, being deeply connected to the Divine, and applying the magic into our daily lives, in our businesses, while helping our clients.

It requires to be connected with Love and Light along with honouring our Shadows of each archetype (which we will discuss in our part 2 of the divine feminine.)

When we bring light and shadow together, only then, the transformation can occur on a large scale.

To connect to the multi-dimensional nature of your clients, we as a coach need to learn how to go deeper to understand their souls on a mythic level with feminine archetypes and by connecting with the cosmic womb.

I have personally experienced and witness that when you go deeper into the depths of the soul of your clients and apply this psychology and soul work in your career or business, you reach a new level of self-mastery.

You attain a harmony between honouring yourself and reclaiming your strength and power, while also showing compassion, kindness and love to others. You prosper as you lead with integrity, vulnerability and authenticity.

5 things you need to focus on for your clients https://oldweb.sheriseacademy.com/5-things-you-need-to-focus-on-for-your-clients/?utm_source=rss&utm_medium=rss&utm_campaign=5-things-you-need-to-focus-on-for-your-clients Sun, 19 Apr 2020 00:59:47 +0000 https://oldweb.sheriseacademy.com/?p=221225

Sisters,

these are uncertain time all over the globe. People are more in need to support, sisterhood, a space to share their feelings and emotions.

It’s being 4 weeks now, that most of us are in our homes and holding space for our communities, and countries.

Over the last few weeks, I have been reached out by many coaches, and healers, on what they should be doing, focusing on with their clients so that they can support them in these challenging times.

As we navigate these unique and challenging times in our history there are certain areas you can focus on with your clients:

1. Ask

This is the practice that is needed more than ever before. Ask your clients what do they need right now. How you can help and support them. When the practice of asking happens, it opens the door for your client to share their needs.

2. Set New Goals

During these times, when there is so much happening in the world, people tend to lose their focus, and that is when they really really need a coach. The need not just someone but a coach who knows how to keep them focused, encouraged and in faith.

The one thing I am doing with my clients is to encourage them to set up new goals. It is important so that they can reaffirm, re-establish their vision. It is the time to go through on their why’s, their purpose of doing what they are doing, and letting them re-visit the vision they have established when they first started.

Your clients may be feeling a little disheartened at the moment. Perhaps the goals they had set for themselves and were so enthusiastic about having lost a little meaning.

Perhaps they are not making the progress, that they want to make or they see our current situation as an insurmountable obstacle between them and the achievement of their goals.

As a coach, it’s important that you use a really robust goal-setting process, like the one we share at the She Rise Academy to reignite their passion and their vision.

Along in your coaching, when you help them get clear on what they want, you will realize that in these challenging times, you as a coach need to re-frame their goals. You might need to re-assess and adjust the process and the tactics to keep your clients on track.

3. Hold Space

In these times of turmoil and crisis, coaches need to show the presence that deeply supports the well-being of people and communities.

Your clients need you more than ever, they need you to hold space for them so that they can share their fears, their feelings and emotions. More than ever, they need you to listen to them.

Now more than ever are people needed who themselves are deeply grounded and connected to a source of higher intelligence, and who desire to use their energy and inner being to support others through crisis or upheaval. Just like we train our coaches in She Rise Academy so that they know and understand the deeper meaning of holding space.

4. Inner and Outer Blocks/Healing

I have learnt one thing during my early years of coaching practice that behavioural coaching is not enough for a deep transformation.

To be transformed needs a breakthrough, and breakthrough happens when we work with our clients on a much deeper level.  It includes the work Mind, Body, Soul and Spirit.

In these times, there are lots of emotions, feelings, that might be a reason to hold them back from the success they desire.

Now more than ever is the right time for your clients to be taking key, strategic action towards their goals. To help them to do that you’ll want to help them to identify and then get rid of any of those self-sabotaging beliefs, habits or strategies.

That is why you need healing tools in your coaching toolkit. You can use any healing skills you might have, to help your clients.

By reframing and removing negative emotions, limiting decisions and limiting beliefs you’ll be helping your clients to actually clear the baggage of the past and to create and forge new habits and behaviours that will support them now and in the future.

Help your clients, to understand the new way of thinking, and feelings, you are helping them move forward.

5. Support and Accountability

If you are a coach who believes in the power of accountability, now is the time to Step up in your role as an accountability partner.

You might need to adjust the work you give to your clients, in between the calls, as now the daily routine for them might have changed.

One thing I do not take for granted is accountability.

Now is also the time that you need to be giving your clients that higher level of support, knowledge and accountability so that they resist the temptation to fall off track or to throw in the towel. There might be times when your client might feel disempowered, discouraged, and if you keep your accountability game up, I can assure that this will help them, to keep on track and overcome any roadblocks.
